Only the person(s) specified in the contract and delivery form can use the vehicle you rented. A maximum of 2 people can be defined as additional drivers for a vehicle. No damage assurance is valid for damages that may occur if third parties not specified in the contract use the vehicle. In order to increase the number of vehicle users, you can purchase “Additional Driver” service from our branches. Additional driver; If there is someone or someone else who will drive the vehicle other than the person renting the vehicle, it must be purchased. A maximum of 5 additional drivers can be defined for a vehicle. It is possible to rent within the conditions of age and license year determined in vehicle groups. If these conditions are not met, you can purchase a “Young Driver” service package and rent within the limits of this package. Young driver service package also includes “Full Accident Insurance” service. You can learn the Additional Driver and Young Driver Service fees from our reservation center and branches.
Age and License Year Conditions
Minimum age and license year information depending on vehicle groups are given in the table below. These conditions must be met by both the tenant and the additional driver(s). T.C. on the driver’s license ID number is required. It is not possible to rent with driver’s licenses combined with new identities. You must have your driver’s license with you.

Our vehicles can be rented for at least 24 hours per day and 23 days per month.
In case of possible delays:
In case of delay of 4 hours or more, a daily rental fee valid on the relevant day will be added to your contract and the collection will be made from your credit card.
Please deliver the vehicle with the fuel level you received. In case the vehicle is delivered with missing fuel, 40% of the missing fuel cost will be charged by adding the service fee to the missing fuel price.
Return to Branch:
When you want to return your vehicle to a different branch than the one you rented, a “One Way” fee will be applied.
The One Way fee is also applied when you return it to a different branch in the same city.
Pickup and Delivery from Address:
Our delivery to address and delivery to address service varies according to the availability of our branches. For all the details, you can contact our branch you want to rent.
Our vehicle assurances vary according to campaigns and prices. Assurance details are specified in your contract and delivery form. Traffic Accident Insurance: In all accidents; It is the assurance that the cost of damage incurred after an accident and alcohol report is received by calling the traffic police or gendarmerie is paid by the automobile insurance company without any exemption.
Personal Accident Assurance: Liability assurance against third parties. It is within the limits of the traffic and automobile insurance of the vehicle in question.
The payment of any traffic fine (including the use of faulty toll booths on bridges and highways) resulting from non-compliance with the traffic rules and the service fee will be made from the credit card of the tenant whose name is mentioned in the contract.

Payment Terms and Security
The vehicle rental fee, additional product and service fees, and the security amount are collected in advance from a single credit card belonging to the lessee at the beginning of the lease. Depending on the price difference that may occur at the end of the rental, the credit card is charged or refunded. The tenant must be present at our branch in person and credit cards belonging to an additional driver or a different person are not accepted.
Guarantee Fee:
Apart from the vehicle rental fee, the collateral amounts determined according to the vehicle groups and varying between 1.000 TL and 4.000 TL are collected from the personal credit card of the lessee at the beginning of the rental. These collected deposits are fully refunded within 7 days at the latest if the vehicle is taken back as it was delivered to you.
Security

If the daily limit exceeds the monthly limit, the total number of kilometers used cannot exceed the monthly limit of the relevant vehicle group, regardless of the contract date. Additional mileage packages can be purchased on the Additional services page.

“Pay Now” and “Pay Later” Preferred Reservations:
In your “Pay Now” and “Pay Later” reservations, you can change the vehicle group, reservation date, add or remove additional products, except for the purchase branch change. Some changes may cause price differences. In case of a purchase branch change, the current reservation must be canceled and a new reservation must be made. Unfortunately, the prices of your previous reservation will not be valid for your new reservation.
Rental Early Return:
If the vehicle is returned before the reservation date range after the rental starts, the price is recalculated according to the number of days the vehicle will be used. If the amount is less than the amount collected, the difference will be refunded. If there is a charge more than the amount collected, no extra withdrawal will be made.
Rental Extension:
If there is a request to rent the vehicle for longer than the reservation date range after the rental has started, the additional fee to be incurred after the price is recalculated by the system is charged to the credit card presented at the beginning of the rental.
No-Show Application:
If the vehicle is not picked up at the pick-up time specified in the reservation, the vehicle will switch to No-show status after 2 hours and no vehicle from any group can be guaranteed. Your no-show reservation will be canceled after 4 hours.
Cancellation and Refund Application:
Reservations can be canceled 24 hours before the reservation time on the date of reservation, and in such a case, you will not be charged any fees. If you have made your reservation less than 24 hours before the rental start time, no fee will be charged if you cancel within 1 hour of completing your reservation.
If you want to cancel your reservation other than the conditions above, only 1 day car rental fee will be charged from you.
All rental fees are collected from the tenant’s personal credit card. Debit card, virtual card, debit card are not valid.
Full Accident Insurance: In all accidents; It is the assurance that the cost of the damage is paid by the automobile insurance without any exemption after calling the Traffic Police or the Traffic Gendarmerie teams and receiving an accident and alcohol report.
In case the vehicle is stolen, a “Theft Detection Report” should be taken by calling the police. The key of the vehicle must be handed over to us together with the report received.
If you have an accident with your vehicle, the vehicle is stolen, broken down, a tire burst and you need any kind of emergency assistance, you can call our “Emergency Assistance” line at +90533 430 01 60, which provides service all over Turkey, 24/7.
Departure Abroad: As none of our insurance is valid outside the borders of Turkey, it is also prohibited to take our vehicles outside the borders of Turkey. Please check the delivery form and your contract.
Your car rental reservation has been confirmed to the car group and no brand and/or model guarantee is given.
Renter; in the vehicle received in good condition and in good condition; For reasons (but not limited to those listed, transmission failure due to incorrect gear shifting, damages that may occur due to continued use of the vehicle even though the warning light is on, damages caused by hitting the bottom of the vehicle, damage to components such as tires and rims, malfunctions and damages caused by fuel, etc.) It accepts and undertakes to pay for all damages and losses, including all kinds of mechanical and electrical damages. The winter tire option is offered as an additional product and is a paid service. Winter tires vary according to the region and branch, and are limited to stocks. You need to confirm the stock by contacting the branch you will rent.
